Cara memasak Ketoprak

  1. Goreng kacang sampai matang, lalu haluskan. Sisihkan..

  3. Siapkan piring (saya langsung bikin di piring kaya amang2 penjual ketoprak) masukan cabai sesuai selera, garam secukupnya, bawang putih 1/2 (dari 1 bawang putih) ulek sampai halus, tambahkan gula jawa/aren ulek kembali sampai halus..
  4. Kemudian masukan kurleb 2-3 sdm kacang yang sudah di haluskan, ulek kembali sampai tercampur. Masukan air asam jawa sedikit2 sambil di ulek2 sampai saus kacang tercampur rata dan kental, tes rasa..
  5. Kemudian masukan lontong, irisan timun, irisan tahu, tauge dan bihun di atas bumbu kacang, tuang kecap secukupnya, kemudian taruh kerupuk, bawang goreng dan telor ceplok. Ketoprak siap di hidangkan 🥗.
