  1. Siapkan of lontong (beli jadi).
  2. Siapkan of Bihun (rendam air panas).
  3. Gunakan of tahu.
  4. Gunakan of Timun ukuran sedang.
  5. Dibutuhkan of tauge.
  6. Diperlukan of kacang matang (beli d warung yg 1000'n).
  7. Diperlukan of rawit (sesuai selera).
  8. Diperlukan of bawang putih.
  9. Diperlukan of gula merah.
  10. Siapkan of Kaldu jamur.
  11. Gunakan of Garam.
  12. Gunakan of kecap manis(sy pake Bango).
  13. Diperlukan of kerupuk.

Cara membuat Ketoprak

  1. Siapkan semua bahan,,rendam bihun dgn air panas selama 10 menit(lngsng d rebus juga boleh),lalu goreng tahu sampai matang, rendam tauge sampai layu.
  2. Siapkan bumbu halus (kacang matang, rawit, bawang putih, gula merah, garam, kaldu jamur) haluskan lalu beri kecap dan air hangat.
  3. Siapkan 2 piring lalu potong lontong dlm masing"piring,lalu beri bihun d atas nya kemudian, irisan tahu goreng, tauge, timun, lalu lumuri bumbu kacangnya...beri kerupuk dan sedikit kecap....Sajikan.....
